OK, now that I've got your attention... I need a Microsoft-loving Technical Lead with at least 5 years experience with ASP.NET web applications. If you're tired of the "sausage machine" approach to work where you're only using a miniscule part of your brain every day, clock watch at least one third of the day, and crave the opportunity to put your Guru status Microsoft knowledge to the test ...then read on.
These guys quite literally embrace Microsoft standards, they eat patterns and practices for breakfast lunch and dinner, and they need a Tech Lead who lives-eats-breathes the same stuff. Don't apply if you're happy coding microsites, enjoy trolling out 100-page functional specs and are happy to copy code all day long...
What I am looking for is people who believe what they develop is a highly creative process; that UX is definately the most important part of any project; someone who prides themselves on the quality of their work; constantly maintains their knowledge within the Microsoft space with blogs, podcasts and reads computer journals in their spare time; and above all else I need people who really want to work on projects that are going to make a real difference!
So, if your skills bag includes: - ASP.NET C# & .NET Framework 3.5
- WCF & MVC
- LINQ to SQL and/or LINQ to Entity
- CMS experience (Kentico, SiteCore and others, but nothing crappy like DNN)
- SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008
- JavaScript, JQuery & JSON, AJAX
- Microsoft Visual Studio including Team System
- Semantically amazing X/HTML & CSS
- W3C web standards and WCAG accessibility standards
...then we should be talking.
